As we know the City of Vero Beach Manger Monte Falls has been plauged by multiple misteps and coverups as of late:

- CITY OF VERO BEACH sued by Lieutenant for whistle blower/hostile work environment claims

- CITY OF VERO BEACH botches three corners proposals and then selects a developer who lost their financial backing
- CITY OF VERO BEACH 2 million dollars over budget on marina project
- CITY OF VERO BEACH compensation offer to VBPD officers rejected
- Teamster’s Union FILES GRIEVANCE against City of Vero Beach and Wins costing the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- CITY OF VERO BEACH decides on to replace the boardwalk at Humiston Park with a sidewalk until public outrage forces them to revisit their decision
- CITY OF VERO BEACH continues to focus on revitalization of Downtown Vero even though the vast majority of voters voted against their downtown referendum on the ballot.

Now, Vero Crime has obtained the The OFFICIAL Vero Beach Police Union Survey. As you can see the problems with the administration at the Vero Beach Police Department run deep. We have attached the survey. The City Manager, Monte Falls will probably try to deflect and deny knowledge, but the email trail is there to prove he knew and failed to act once again! The City of Ft. Pierce Police Chief just resigned under very similar circumstances. Why does the Vero Beach City Manager fail to act and just deflect blame? Why does the City Manager not act when given evidence of mismanagement at the Vero Beach Police Department? Why does the City Council not stand up for the taxpayers when the City Manager oversees hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses through sheer negligence? The taxpayers of Vero Beach deserve better!
The Survey is attached.
